3.Exhibitor Guidelines

Eligibility:
Participation is open to manufacturers, suppliers, traders, and healthcare professionals aligned with the event’s focus areas, including medical equipment, diagnostics, infrastructure, and rehabilitation.

Booth Setup and Display:

• All exhibits must be set up within the allocated time frame.
• Booth designs must comply with safety standards and the specifications provided by the event organizers.
• Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their displays are functional, visually appealing, and adhere to GMEC’s sustainability policies.

Prohibited Activities:

• The sale or promotion of unapproved or counterfeit medical products is strictly prohibited.
• Noise levels from audio-visual displays must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighboring exhibitors.
• Distribution of unauthorized promotional material outside designated spaces is not allowed.

4. Attendee Policies

• All attendees must register prior to entering the event premises.
• Identification badges provided at registration must be worn at all times during the event.
